RENTAL AGREEMENT AND WAIVER FORM

I hereby acknowledge I have read and agree to the following rental agreement and the terms and conditions:

Helmets are included in the rental, and are required to be worn at all times while riding bicycles rented from Cycle Malaga. If a customer is seen riding the rental bicycle without a helmet, they will immediately have to return the bicycle with no refund. It is the responsibility of the client to check the bike BEFORE setting out on any ride. Customer accepts use of the equipment, AS IS, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession.

In case of theft or a broken or cracked frame the client will be responsible for reimbursing Cycle Malaga for the original price of the bicycle(s). The client has taken out Cycle Malaga bike insurance which covers damages to the bike. It does not provide cover if the bike is stolen or the frame is cracked. In the event there is damage to the bike the client will be charged the first 50 euro and then the client will be covered for the remaining amount.

The Bike insurance does not cover the client himself in anyway. Cycle Malaga recommends the client has his own personal insurance.
